Mae (Breitenfeldt) Barrow passed away at 12:30pm today, the 22nd of September,
2004. She was able to stay home, and was pain free, until yesterday,
when she when to the hospital in Trail, BC. She probably left us
sometime last night in her sleep, as she was unresponsive this morning.
We want to thank everyone for your many prayers, good wishes, and emails that kept Mom going for at least a month and a half past her predicted departure from us. She enjoyed hearing from everyone, even if she wasn't able to write or call back. She made a book of many of the emails and letters she'd gotten since her diagnosis and was always happy to look through it and to show it off to visitors. As of now, there are no plans for a public service before her cremation, but we do plan to celebrate wakes in both Trail, BC, and the Flathead Valley in /\/\onTana! But not simultaneously... As we decide what is going on, we will let you all know, and it will also be posted here on the website with all of Mom's photos. She's off fishin' one more time.
